Fischer Farm in Springfield, Vermont is a family-owned farm and meat market hybrid that raises heritage and high-quality livestock on more than 40 years of farming experience. Their main focus is on New Ayu (Wagyu) beef, heritage pork and lamb, along with pasture-raised chickens for meat and eggs. In addition to animal proteins, they produce garlic, garden vegetables and wood-fired maple syrup.
