Larson Angus Beef is a sixth-generation ranch-based meat supplier operating out of rural Utah. They raise premium Angus cattle on open range — grass-fed, then grain-finished — with no added hormones or antibiotics. Their business model centers on offering bulk beef shares (quarter, half, or whole animals), processed to customers’ specifications and delivered or made available for pick-up across several Western states.
Customers can reserve a beef share (¼, ½, or whole) through their online store. After ordering, the beef is processed by partner butchers, frozen and packaged per the customer’s cut preferences, then shipped or delivered. Portions are described in their cut-sheet (steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc.), and their ground beef is typically 90/10 lean/fat.
