Cook Beef Cattle is a veteran-owned ranch operation located in the Texas Hill Country. The herd consists of a Wagyu bull crossed with Angus and Brahman cows, resulting in high-marbling, high-flavor beef. Their animals are 100% pasture-raised, with no hormones, antibiotics or steroids used. Once processed, the beef is dry-aged for 14 days, USDA-graded Choice (or better) and packaged for sale. The ranch emphasizes humane, sustainable practices, traceability and delivering “ranch-to-table” beef directly to consumers.
