Moore Meats is a ranch-to-table butcher operation specializing in premium American Wagyu beef, raised locally in southern Chester County under sustainable, humane conditions. They dry-age their beef for about 24 days before vacuum-packing and freezing, which helps ensure exceptional flavor and tenderness. Bulk-animal orders (quarter, half or whole steer) as well as individual cuts and mixed “butcher boxes” make it easy for customers to stock a freezer or build a custom meat plan.
