The ranch markets individual cuts, value bundles, and “farmer ‘s-choice” boxes — offering everything from steaks and roasts to ground beef and stew-cuts. Beef is processed through a USDA-inspected facility, and each carcass receives a 21-day dry-age period to enhance tenderness before being cut and packaged for customers.
