Located in Claremore, Oklahoma, Walke Brothers Meat Company is a family-owned butcher shop and meat processing facility that also maintains a retail meat market. Since its founding in 1996 (originally as a state-inspected slaughter plant), the company has grown to provide USDA-inspected beef and pork, custom butchering, and a wide variety of smoked, cured, and prepared meats for retail customers and co-packing/private-label clients.
At their retail store, customers can purchase hand-cut steaks, chops, roasts, ground meats, and freshly made sausages — including smoked sausages, snack sticks, jerky, and other cured meats. They also offer specialty items such as whole hogs, meat bundles (beef, pork, or mixed), and branded barbecue sauces and rubs.
