Tryon Heritage Meats

Tryon Heritage Meats is a family-owned pasture-raised beef and pork producer offering farm-raised, all-natural meats directly from the farm to the customer. Their business combines aspects of a small meat market and a farm butcher: they raise their own cattle and heritage-breed pigs (Berkshire and Yorkshire), finish them on the farm without antibiotics or growth hormones, and sell USDA-inspected cuts processed on-site.

Customers can buy individual cuts such as steaks or chops, or larger shares (half- or whole-animal), depending on availability, giving flexibility whether someone needs a dinner roast or wants to stock their freezer.
