Miller’s Meat Market is a family-owned butcher shop and meat market located in Lowville, NY (in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains). They operate a full-service custom-cutting facility: livestock is harvested and processed onsite, carcasses are aged a minimum of 10 days, and orders are cut and vacuum-packed to customers’ specifications.
They provide retail meat sales, custom cuts, and specialty processing — including a dedicated “venison season” operation each fall where whole deer are processed into steaks, burgers, sausage, and other packaged meats.
