NM Smart Meats

NM Smart Meats is a small family-run beef operation that raises and sells antibiotic- and hormone-free grass-fed beef, offering a direct-to-consumer alternative to conventional supermarket meat. Their cattle are born, raised, and finished on pasture in New Mexico, avoiding feedlots and long-haul cattle transport.

Customers can order a whole steer (or half, quarter, or eighth, shared with others) and receive a breakdown of custom cuts — steaks, roasts, hamburger, organ meats, and more — cut to the buyer’s preferences.
