Yoder’s Sausage Kitchen Custom Butchering is a family-run butcher shop and processing facility in Jamesport, Missouri, that offers custom butchering and meat-sales services. They accept whole, half, quarter, or side beef and pork for processing and run custom cuts, curing, and smoking in-house. In season, they also butcher lamb, goat, and deer — giving hunters and small-farm customers a full-service destination for processing or purchasing meat.
