Covered L Farm

Covered-L Farm is a family-run 171-acre farm near Centralia, Missouri, focused on producing clean, nutrient-dense meats through pasture-based methods. Since 2007 their beef herd has been entirely grass-fed and finished, with no antibiotics, added hormones or synthetic chemicals used on pastures. The farm markets USDA-inspected beef packages through local markets and offers bulk halves and whole animals for purchase. They also raise select pork and chicken via cooperating partners. Customers benefit from direct-farm ordering and a strong emphasis on soil health and animal welfare — a true farm-to-table alternative to industrial meats.
