Groff's Content Farm

Groff’s Content Farm is a family-owned regenerative ranch in Frederick County, Maryland, dedicated to raising pastured, grass-finished beef, forage-fed Berkshire pork, pastured lamb, free-range poultry, turkeys, duck and eggs. Over the past 15 years the growers sold primarily at farmers’ markets in the DC/Baltimore region, and now also operate an online store offering bulk beef shares as well as individual cuts and mixed-meat boxes. They emphasize rotational grazing, animal welfare, and nutrient-dense meats with higher levels of healthy fats and vitamins. Their bulk-beef program allows customers to purchase whole, half, quarter, or eighth-beef shares with free shipping for many options.
