Located in Monticello, Kentucky, Serenity Valley Farms is a family-owned pasture-based farm and meat-market operation that raises beef, pork (including heritage Mangalitsa hogs), poultry, and eggs using regenerative and permaculture-based farming methods.
Their mission centers on producing meat “the way our ancestors did,” free of GMOs, growth hormones, routine antibiotics, and vaccines, with a strong emphasis on land stewardship and sustainability.
Customers can order individual cuts or bulk meat shares — including half- or quarter-cow bundles, hog bundles, or mixed meat/ground-meat boxes — all prepared for freezer storage and shipped or available for farm-store pickup.
The farm provides “21-day dry-aged” beef steaks and ground beef, heritage-breed pork and Mangalitsa pork chops, and assorted meats processed under traditional, low-input farming standards.
