Makowski’s Real Sausage (doing business at realsausage.com) is a longstanding sausage manufacturer and meat-product company that has operated for over a century, specializing in handcrafted sausages, hot dogs, Polish, bratwurst, chorizo and other cured or processed meats.

The company is rooted in the classic tradition of “old world” sausage making and serves both retail customers and wholesale/food-service clientele.
