Lyman Ranches is a family-owned ranch and meat market that raises and sells its own beef directly to consumers. Their operation centers on ranch-raised Angus-cross cattle that graze in the open rangelands of Arizona and are finished on hay, alfalfa and grain to produce high-quality beef cuts. Customers can purchase individual cuts by the pound or order whole, half, or quarter beef sides, making it possible to stock a freezer for long-term supply.
