Olsens Market Place

Olsens Marketplace IGA is a full-service grocery store and meat market serving the community of Ajo, Arizona. In addition to produce, hardware, and general grocery items, the store maintains a dedicated meat department that offers fresh-cut Black Angus beef and handcrafted specialty sausages under its “Sonoran Specialty Meats” brand.

Their sausage kitchen produces traditional and regional-style sausages — including German-style links, bratwurst, chorizo, Carne Asada, and other southwestern-flavored meats — continuing a long local tradition started decades ago.
